Terms and Conditions | Luxury Chauffeur Hire Agreement

1. Introduction and Agreement

By booking a service with E and F Chauffeurs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. These guidelines apply to all clients, corporate accounts and passengers utilizing our vehicles and drivers across Liverpool, Manchester and the wider UK.

2. Bookings and Confirmations

All bookings must be confirmed through our official website portal, telephone, WhatsApp or authorized email channels. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding pick up times, locations, passenger counts and flight details.

E and F Chauffeurs reserves the right to decline any booking request. A booking is deemed fully confirmed once acknowledgement or confirmation has been issued by our team.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

Clients seeking to amend or cancel a reservation must notify our team as early as possible. Specific notice periods apply depending on the service type, vehicle category and distance of travel. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in cancellation charges.

4. Airport Transfers and Flight Tracking

For airport collections, we actively track inbound flights using provided flight numbers. Standard waiting time allowances apply following flight touchdown. Any extended delays caused by passengers or luggage issues may incur additional waiting time fees.

5. Conduct and Passenger Responsibilities

E and F Chauffeurs maintains a zero tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening or illegal behaviour directed at our drivers or staff. Drivers reserve the right to terminate any journey immediately without refund if passenger conduct compromises safety.

Smoking, vaping and the consumption of unauthorized alcohol or food inside our luxury vehicles are strictly prohibited unless prior agreement has been secured.

6. Pricing, Payments and Liability

All pricing is communicated transparently prior to confirmation. Payments are processed securely via approved credit cards, debit cards or established corporate account invoices.

While we maintain rigorous schedules and meticulous planning, E and F Chauffeurs is not liable for delays resulting from severe traffic incidents, adverse weather conditions, road closures or unforeseen circumstances beyond our direct control.
